RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

VIETRI offers a 30-day return window for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products, with a full refund (less shipping). After 30 days, returns are eligible for exchange or store credit with proof of purchase. All outlet items are final sale and non-returnable. Items purchased from www.vietri.com cannot be returned to a VIETRI retailer, they must be returned directly to VIETRI.

 Return Instructions:

  • Pack the item carefully, keeping all original materials to receive full credit.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus original and return shipping costs) within 1-2 billing cycles.

 Return Policy Breakdown:

  • With Proof of Purchase: Return within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping) or exchange. After 30 days, returns are for exchange or store credit only.

  • Without Proof of Purchase: Return within 90 days for exchange or store credit at the current selling price.

  • Damaged/Defective/Mis-Shipped Items: Submit a return request with a photo of the damaged item. If approved, a pre-paid return shipping label will be issued.

  • Refusals: Refused shipments will be credited minus outgoing and return shipping costs.

  • Order Cancellation: Once processed, orders cannot be canceled. For backordered items, contact customerservice@vietri.com or call 919-245-4180 (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM EST).

  • Outlet purchases: All online Outlet and in-store Outlet Store purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible to return.
