VIETRI REWARDS FAQ'S

Your eligibility to achieve Silver, Gold, and Platinum status tiers is based on your cumulative eligible purchases made online at www.vietri.com from January 1 to December 31. Your tier status lasts for 12 months. Continuous purchases will elevate your tier status in real time. Conversely, if you make a return that decreases your 12 month cumulative spend below your current tier's threshold, your tier status will be lowered. 

Points expire and tier status is readjusted on January 1 of each year to reflect your prior 12-months of purchases.

The VIETRI Rewards Program allows members to earn points on every purchase on VIETRI.com. To create an account and start earning points, visit https://www.vietri.com/pages/vietri-rewards. We recommend that you opt-in to our emails and SMS to ensure you receive updates about your VIETRI Rewards account and receive exclusive promotions offered on VIETRI.com.

Membership is free. Point redemption limited to terms & conditions. Points are earned on all purchases, points can only be redeemed on full price pieces. Black out dates due apply.

Every time you purchase on VIETRI.com, you receive 1 point for every $1 spent. There are select pieces and select times when enhanced points are offered. When you reach 100 points, you receive $5 off your purchase. Additional ways to earn points are by following us on social media, providing your birth date, leaving a review on VIETRI.com, etc. Visit https://www.vietri.com/pages/vietri-rewards to see all the ways to enhance your earned points.

No, only purchases made after joining the Rewards Program are eligible to receive points and count towards your total tier spend.

For every 100 VIETRI Rewards Points you earn, you’re eligible for a $5 credit. Redeemable amounts are illustrated below:

100 points = $5

200 points = $10

400 points = $20

800 points = $40

2,000 points = $100

When points are equivalent to dollar redemptions, you will be prompted at checkout to use the available balance. Point codes can also be generated at any time ahead of your shopping experience. 

Gold and Platinum Rewards Members receive free shipping on all purchases within the Continental US. Silver Rewards Members do not. You must reach a status of 700 or more points to receive free shipping. Points expire on December 31. To assure you keep your status and points offerings, purchases must be made between January 1 and December 31 to assure status for the next year.

All VIETRI.com orders are eligible to earn points. VIETRI Rewards Points will not be issued for any shipping costs.

If you’re using a promo code with your order, the VIETRI Rewards Points you earn will be based on your final order value once the promo code has been applied.

Points will be awarded to your loyalty account within 30 minutes of your transaction.

When shopping on VIETRI.com, points can be redeemed towards a Rewards coupon at checkout. You must be logged in to your account using your VIETRI Rewards email address to redeem points for a Reward at checkout. Also, to receive free economy shipping and/or to apply any loyalty member-specific promotions, you must be logged into your account when beginning checkout.

Log in using your VIETRI Rewards email here. On your account page you will see how many points you have, what status tier you are in, how much you need to spend to reach the next tier, as well as a complete history of your points and purchase activity.

When shopping on VIETRI.com during a promotional period, you must use the option of greater value. Multiple codes and stacked rewards and promotional offers will not be accepted. Rewards Points can be redeemed on full priced, current, non-Outlet products. Black out dates do apply. 

When returning all or part of a purchase made on VIETRI.com, any Points you redeemed on that purchase will be credited back to your account. 

Black out dates for Rewards Points are any promotional period offering a discount on full priced products.

If you forgot to add your dollar-off code or gift reward at checkout, please contact us at customerservice@vietri.com or via live chat with your order number and reward details. We'll double-check your account and work to find the best solution for you.

Your membership tier is based on your purchases in the past 12 months. If you believe you should be in a different tier, please contact us at customerservice@vietri.com or via live chat with the tier you think you should be in and we'll work to make things right.

If you believe your account is not reflecting the correct points and/or is not loading properly, please contact us at customerservice@vietri.com or via live chat. We'll check your account from our end and help you resolve your points balance.

To receive your birthday reward, you must have visited the “My Rewards” section of your account on www.vietri.com and input your birthday month and day at least 30 days before your birthday.

To prevent abuse of this reward, if you input your birthdate a day after your birthday, you won't be granted your Birthday Reward until your birthday the following year. If you entered your birth date less than 30 days prior to your birthday, your Reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days. If you entered your birthdate any time prior to 30 days of your birthday, your Reward should have been granted normally on your birthday.

$100 is the max Rewards discount to be used per transaction. Only one discount can be used per order. To use additional Rewards, create a separate order and apply your Rewards. A discount in the amount of $100 requires an order total of $200+. 

Typically it takes 3-5 business days (if not sooner) for the review points to reflect in your account once submitted.  Reviews will need to be a week apart and will only allow up to 5 reviews for points. If 2x reviews are submitted in one week only 1 set of points will be rewarded. 5 max overall per customer.

VIETRI Rewards Points can only be earned through purchases made directly on www.vietri.com. Orders placed on Amazon, or any other partner site, will not earn you VIETRI Rewards Points.

If you’ve made multiple purchases under different email addresses associated with the VIETRI Rewards Program, we can combine your points over to one email address.

Please note, we will only be able to combine them once, so be sure to take note of the email address you frequently use to make purchases! Reach out to our Customer Service team for further assistance.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the email address associated with your VIETRI Rewards account. However, we can combine accounts if you were to make a new account. 

If you'd like to refer a friend, you can log in and navigate to your account page. If you scroll down, there will be an area for you to "Refer A Friend". You will be able to send your friend an email, copy the referral link, or share via Facebook and Twitter. 

Once your friend places their order of $125 or more (pre-tax & pre-discount) with your referral code, you will receive a $20 off promo code via email. This happens as soon as your friend's order is confirmed.

If your friend has placed their order but you're still not seeing your $20 off promo code, please contact us at customerservice@vietri.com or via live chat with your friend's name and email address! We'll check on their order and make sure you get your points.

Our Outlet Store Rewards Program is temporarily on hold. The program is getting a refreshed look and will be back up and operational soon.
