VIETRI REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility
Membership in the VIETRI Rewards Program is free. To join, simply create an account here. By signing up, you consent to receiving promotional messages via email and SMS, ensuring you are updated on your rewards status and exclusive offers.

2. How to Earn Points
As a member, you can earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made on VIETRI.com, excluding shipping fees and taxes. Additionally, you can earn points through activities such as following VIETRI on social media, leaving product reviews, and providing your birthday information. Points are awarded within 30 minutes of your transaction. Please note that points are only awarded for purchases made directly on VIETRI.com, and points cannot be earned on orders placed through third-party sites such as Amazon, or in Specialty Stores selling VIETRI products.

3. Point Redemption
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. The redemption amounts are as follows: 100 points = $5,200 points = $10, 400 points = $20, 800 points = $40, and 2,000 points = $100. When shopping, points can be redeemed at checkout, but they can only be applied to full-price, non-outlet items. Order minimums must be met when using Rewards Points. A 2x discount amount is required when using Rewards Points on an order. i.e., $20 in Rewards Point redemption requires an order subtotal of $40+. Blackout dates apply during certain promotional periods, including events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Points cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts, and during sales, you must choose the offer of greater value. Free shipping is awarded to Gold & Platinum Rewards Tiers. These customers receive free shipping on all orders within the continental US. Orders outside of these tiers or the continental United States do not qualify. VIETRI reserves the right to cancel or modify an order at any time. A Rewards Member has one month from the time a code has been requested to successfully check out on VIETRI.com. After one month, those points are subject to removal from the account.

4. Exclusions from Earning Points
You will not earn points on purchases made for shipping costs, taxes, or through third-party sites. Additionally, if you use a promotional code during checkout, points will be awarded based on the final order value after any discounts are applied. Earning, like redeeming, may have exclusions that apply. Exclusions are at the discretion of VIETRI.

5. Point Expiration and Tier Status
Points earned in the Program expire annually on December 31. To maintain your tier status and keep your points, purchases must be made between January 1 and December 31 each year. Your tier status (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) is based on your cumulative eligible purchases within this period. At the end of each year, tier status will be recalculated and may be adjusted if your spending falls below the threshold required for your status. Gold and Platinum members receive free shipping on all orders within the Continental U.S., while silver members do not qualify for free shipping unless they meet the 700+ points requirement.

6. Returns and Refunds
If you return an item purchased with points, the points used for that purchase will be credited back to your account. If you forget to apply a reward code at checkout, please contact VIETRI Customer Service with your order details, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Referral Program
Give your friends $20 off their first order of $40+ and receive $20 (in points) for each successful referral to your Rewards account. Referral codes must be used within one month of receipt by the friend. Points are awarded to the original member after the successful purchase has been made by the friend.

8. Promotions and Offers
Rewards Points cannot be stacked with other promotional codes or discounts. During certain sales and promotions, you will need to choose the discount that provides the best value. All rewards points can only be redeemed on full-price, non-outlet items. Blackout dates will apply during promotional periods such as percentage-based sales, warehouse sales, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, and Buy More, Save More.

9. Account Management
Rewards Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your account information. If you have multiple email addresses and accounts linked to the Program, we can combine your points into one account if advised. Please note that this can only be done once per customer. If you need assistance with combining accounts, contact Customer Service. If there are unforeseen errors resulting in improper points allocated to an account post-purchase, VIET RI, when notified by the customer, will investigate and ensure the correct number of points are reflected on the account.

10. General Terms
VIETRI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will take effect immediately upon posting to the VIETRI website. VIETRI is not liable for any issues related to lost or stolen points, or any failure to apply rewards. Additionally, if any fraudulent activity or misuse of the program is detected, VIETRI may revoke or suspend your membership at its discretion. Blackout dates are at the discretion of VIETRI and may be updated or changed at any time.
